Tracy has lived in New Mexico for most of her life.  She received her real estate license in 2000 and has worked in the industry at many different levels.  Tracy started by helping her Mom, Carol Williams with her busy real estate business while still coaching the Cheerleaders at UNM and raising her family. From 2008-2013, Tracy took a break from real estate and enjoyed a full time position in UNM Athletics becoming the Spirit Coordinator and Community Service Coordinator. In 2013, she moved on from UNM to pursue real estate full time and joined her Mom again.  Tammy joined them in 2018 and Carol was able to retire in 2020.  Tracy enjoys real estate and the ever changing industry.  She loves helping people work through one of the biggest decisions and transitions of their lives.

Tammy has lived in several different states, but after putting roots down and living in New Mexico for 25 years, she considers The Land of Enchantment her home.  She has worked in different lines of work that include preschool teacher, office manager for a hospital radiologist and a stay at home mom. Tammy has always had an interest in real estate and began working part time at the front desk of a local real estate office.  She went on to get her real estate license in 2018 and joined Carol and Tracy full time.  With Carol's retirement in 2020, Tracy and Tammy went on to form T and T Real Estate NM.  Tammy loves to help people navigate the home buying and selling process.  She enjoys seeing the clients happiness as they move on to their next adventure.
